Global Youth Day

Global Youth Day is a great opportunity for your youth to engage with the local church and community! We recommend planning how you’d like to gather your youth and putting the theme “communion in action” into practice.

Have a think about what the local needs are in your community. For example, you might like to connect with an ADRA project, call or visit church members or lonely people. We’ve also seen people donate blood, organise food drives, and visit nursing homes. There are a lot of options! Youth Week of Prayer starts right after Global Youth Day – so it’s a great way to prepare your church.

Global Youth Activities are led by the local church. You can get resources and inspiration from the General Conference website - gcyouthministries.org/global-youth-day! If you need assistance planning or aren’t sure where to start, please reach out at vicyouth@adventist.org.au.
