Whether it's a successful event or an encouraging testimony, we would love to share your story through our quarterly conference magazine!

How to Submit a Story:

Sharing your story with us has never been easier!

  • Download our Submission Guide PDF
  • Write your article (follow the guide for best results!)
  • Email it to vac@adventist.org.au before the deadline.

If you miss the deadline, that's okay! We'll include your story in the next issue.

2026 IntraVic Deadlines:

  • Q1 Issue: Friday, February 6
  • Q2 Issue: Monday, April 27
  • Q3 Issue: Friday, July 10
  • Q4 Issue: Friday, October 9

Submission Deadlines:

Submissions Close: Every Monday at 2pm
Submissions Open: Every Tuesday from 7pm

If you submit an event after the closing time, it will be included in the next newsletter.

For example: If you submit an event after 2pm on Monday, March 7, it will be featured in the newsletter that is published on Tuesday, March 15.

Note: Local church events will be promoted for a maximum of three weeks. Any exceptions will be at the discretion of the VAC team.
